About Us
Wildflower Flow Yoga offers gentle, welcoming classes that weave together familiar movement, mindful breathing, and quiet reflection. We create a supportive space where students of all experience levels can feel at ease, restore balance, and connect with themselves and one another.
Our Journey
We completed our Yoga Teacher Training together in November 2024 following a 30-day immersive program at Yoga Vidya Gurukul Ashram in Nasik City, India. Living, studying, and practicing in a traditional ashram environment was a deeply meaningful experience that continues to inspire our teaching and shared vision of yoga as accessible, supportive, and rooted in connection.

New to teaching yoga, I am still very much on my own journey and hope to bring vulnerability, freshness, and exploration to our mats. I am especially drawn to the energetic aspects of yoga and incorporate pranayama, meditation, and a touch of chanting into our practices. Your experiences help guide the design of each class. I hope we share this path together and continue growing toward greater balance of body, mind, and spirit. I look forward to meeting each and every one of you.

I offer yoga in a supportive, welcoming way, focusing on familiar poses, mindful breathing, and helping students feel at ease in their bodies—especially if they’re new or returning to practice. I see yoga as a shared journey, where we move and grow together at a gentle, steady pace. Teaching in the museum is especially meaningful to me; the beauty and stillness of the space naturally invite reflection, calm, and connection. I value the quiet closing moments of practice, where we rest in Savasana (final relaxation) with a guided meditation in loving-kindness or gratitude—supporting balance in body, mind, and spirit beyond the mat.
